The Avalon Club Hotel Is Officially Open!

Wow, what a night! On Sunday, October 24, 2021, Tampa Bay’s movers and shakers, including Visit St. Pete Clearwater leaders, and hotel guests came together to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Avalon Club Hotel. 

Before the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the Avalon’s developer, Luigi Novembre said, “This has been a very special property. From the beginning, we had a vision, we brought it to life, and we’re really glad that you all are able to help us celebrate the grand opening ceremony with us and take part in this ribbon-cutting ceremony.” The Avalon Club Hotel’s General Manager Ursula Jamarillo also thanked guests and staff and welcomed attendees to visit the hotel in the future. 

This invitation-only event featured spectacular performances from the world-renowned Mersey Beatles Band who flew all the way from Liverpool, England to entertain guests as they sipped cocktails and enjoyed the stunning views from The Avalon’s rooftop pool deck. 

Steve Hayes, President & CEO of Visit St. Pete Clearwater rang in the festivities and initiated the ribbon cutting.
