Our eight story Contemporary Boutique Hotel has 34 large luxurious two
and three bedroom suites ranging from 876 to 2153 square feet of interior living space. Each suite has private balconies with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico, the City of Clearwater and Mandalay Bay.

Our suites include the latest in smart technologies including smart televisions in every room, a large living room area, full-sized kitchens and appliances, guest bathrooms, and a front load washer and dryer.

The Avalon guest experience will satisfy all your vacation needs. Our hotel features a spacious two-story Coffee Lounge with a sitting area for you and your guest to relax while enjoying your favorite beverage. Our 5th floor rooftop pool deck includes a large cocktail bar, pool and sunbathing chairs for you and your guests to enjoy while taking in the magnificent sunset views of the Gulf of Mexico. For those of you who do not want to miss their regular workouts, we have a large fitness center located on the third floor featuring professional exercise machines designed by world famous gym designer Danny

Thinking of your safety, all suites come with an intelligent door entry system with unique codes assigned to each guest, 24 hour grounds personnel and a building security camera system.
